About the Role Lyra is looking for a clinical quality leader with extensive experience in evidence-based behavioral health care assessment and counseling, deep knowledge of specialty mental health services for child, adolescent, and adult services, and strong project management skills. You will serve as the Clinical Quality Lead for Lyra's Clinical Growth team.
For this full-time role, the primary responsibility will be to help support Lyra provider recruitment, clinical quality, and clinical operations teams. You will lead recurring consultation with recruiters and conduct focused training sessions related to evidence based therapies and culturally responsive care. You will work with our marketing teams to develop recruitment content for prospective clinicians and will assist in training recruitment partners on effective strategies for engaging candidates with our programs. You will also work closely with the Clinical Quality and Operations teams to build and implement initiatives focused on clinical growth and access within our existing therapy programs and assist with and support Clinical Quality implementation strategies.
This role reports to our Senior Clinical Quality Manager, Clinical Growth.

\n$119,000 - $132,000 a year
The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time Clinical Quality Lead is $119,000 - $132,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
