About the role Lyra is looking for an experienced mental health clinical leader with a passion for clinical quality and supervision.  The ideal candidate brings demonstrated enthusiasm and experience in clinical quality assurance, consultation regarding EBTs, a deep commitment to culturally responsive care, and experience in administrative and clinical management of mental health providers. 
For this full-time role, the primary responsibility will be to provide management oversight and clinical consultation to therapists practicing CBT and other evidence-based practices through our innovative video therapy platform.  This includes reviewing and providing feedback on clinical quality metrics and consulting on clinical cases. You will also assist with key quality improvement initiatives including specialty consultations, provider training, and quality assurance reviews. 
This position is fully remote and reports to a Senior Clinical Quality Manager.
\n Responsibilities Provide clinical quality oversight and administrative supervision of up to 50 therapists in clinical practiceProvide ongoing mentoring and consultation to therapistsProvide ongoing feedback regarding therapists' performance including clinical quality, productivity, adherence to the Lyra Care model, client feedback, and interpersonal effectivenessEnsure care provided across their team is short term, evidence-based, culturally responsive, and outcomes-drivenLead ongoing clinical 1:1's and group consultations with assigned therapists and specialty consultation groupsMaintain a small personal caseload of clientsOther duties as assigned QualificationsPhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology or Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) from an accredited graduate programCurrent unrestricted license to practice within the United States5+ years postgraduate clinical experienceHighly skilled in providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, etc.)Experienced in brief, goal-focused psychotherapy using measurement based care2+ years of experience in clinical supervision/training of evidence based therapiesPrior administrative management experience is a plusGrounded in cultural humility with a commitment to culturally responsive careComfort with technology and working within a fast-moving environmentExcellent interpersonal skills (listening and communicating)Passion for transforming mental health through technology with a human touch
\n$114,000 - $140,000 a year
The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time Clinical Quality Supervisor is $114,000 - $140,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
