Job Type: Officer of Administration Regular/Temporary: Regular Hours Per Week: 35 Salary Range: $62,400 - $62,400 The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Summary
The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) will provide support for research activities in the Metabolic Bone Diseases Unit.  Reporting to the Principal Investigator, the CRC will assist with recruitment, assessment and follow up in research studies.
Responsibilities
Responsible for participant recruitment, assessment and follow-up for a cohort study Provide back-up support for clinical trials including working with other study personnel, performing data collection, screening and recruitment of study participants Assist with patient education, obtain informed consent and dispense study drug Prepare and maintain manual of operations and create study questionnaires Assist with preparation of documents for renewals, modifications, yearly submissions, and correspondence to IRB as wells as for audits Assure compliance with study protocol and resolve queries Extract data from patient charts and develop ongoing reports for Principal Investigator, statistician and DSMC Assist in the preparation of submissions for scientific conferences and manuscripts Assist with financial tracking and confirmation of invoices for study related expenses (taxi vouchers, lab and study material supplies) Responsible for inventory and procurement of laboratory and office supplies Perform additional related duties as needed Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor???s degree or equivalent in education, training and experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail with ability to work effectively with minimal supervision Computer skills (Word, Excel) required Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (English and Spanish) language skills Experience in the administration of clinical trials Phlebotomy certification Other Requirements
Participation in the medical surveillance program Contact with patients and/or human research subjects Potential bloodborne pathogen exposure Successful completion of applicable compliance and systems training requirements Equal Opportunity Employer / Disability / Veteran
