\n Essential FunctionsCommunicate with staff for availability (10%)Coordinate personnel schedules to meet study conduct needs (5%)Schedule proper personnel for studies (40%)Generate computerized conduct staff schedules (10%)Review existing schedules to ensure proper coverage and accuracy (5%)Schedule class training (5%)Work closely with training coordinators at each site to schedule new associates for training on study conductevents (5%)Perform conduct events and Clinical Conduct Specialist duties during down time (10%)Assist in identifying training needs for clinicAssess the need for additional staff using availability reports and study schedules (5%)Identify scheduling needs for each study in conjunction with Study ManagersAttend mandatory meetings - training, weekly initiation, CRD, closing of the books, interim conduct and dryruns (5%)Provide input on conduct design (set up) and staffing needs/requirementsMay work with study managers to set dosing times for clinical studies in order to most effectively schedulestaffMay work with staff managers to RequirementsAssociate's degree or equivalent experience requiredData entry skillsInternal clinical experience preferred**Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
