Clinical Services Director – Hybrid Work Option + $95K Compensation

Description   ****Average salary rate is $95,264.00 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)****   We are looking for a full-time Director, Clinical Services to join our team! All you need is a master's degree in human service-related field such as counseling, psychology, or social work. Clinical level BSRB licensure in an identified discipline is required with a minimum of two years' experience working with youth/families experiencing developmental, substance abuse, emotional, and/or behavioral difficulties preferred. We will teach you the rest! A Day in The Life as a Director, Clinical Services As the Director of Clinical Services, you will assist with meeting our mission of strengthening families by directing our therapy and nursing departments. You will be responsible for ensuring quality therapeutic and nursing services.  Through your leadership, you will promote health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
