Serving clients in Oregon and Washington, Mindful Mental and Behavioral Health PLLC (MMBH) is looking for part-time and full-time Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs and CSWAs) to join our practice. We welcome generalists and specialists. Requirements include holding an active Clinical Social Worker license in the state of Oregon and completing a minimum of 18 client hours per week. We are hiring therapists interested in working remotely and therapists interested in the hybrid model.  Mindful Mental and Behavioral Health PLLC is committed to providing a steady stream of referrals. However, to achieve our goal of connecting therapists with their ideal clients, therapists are encouraged to assist with growing their referral base and recognition in the community. Therapists must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and positive minded group of clinicians. Therapist will be employee status.
We Provide: Flexible scheduling with the option to work 4 or 5 days per week Competitive compensation with an opportunity to earn more if desired Flat rate of $62 per clinical hour (documentation is compensated as part of the flat rate and not at the administrative rate) Compensation for no shows at the rate of $62 per clinical hour Administrative rate of $20 per hour for required training, meetings, etc. PTO accrued at 1 hour for every 24 client hours worked (equivalent to ~ two weeks per year)401K with up to 4% company match after six months of employment Opportunities for professional development Malpractice insurance  Worker's compensation Benefits for Full-Time Employees (Employees Completing a Minimum of 24 Client Hours Per Week): All of the benefits listed above Fully covered health insurance for the employee and their dependents Life Insurance  Annual continuing education stipend of $500 Other Perks: Opportunities for additional benefits as our practice grows Clinical supervision provided by our board-approved supervisors at no cost to you Supportive team environment Direct engagement with our Practice Owner Individual consultation with our Clinical Director Monthly group case consultation Opportunities for professional development and advancement Referrals An in-house medical biller to coordinate eligibility/benefits and submit claims An in-house receptionist who answers calls, schedules appointments, and assists with administrative duties No on-call requirements The security and stability of being an employee mixed with the flexibility and balance of private practice MMBH offers the opportunity to advance within the company and increase earnings based on time with our organization and performance. Clinical Social Worker Duties and Responsibilities: Conducting initial consultations to gather client information Assessing clients' emotional and mental health needs, diagnosing and creating treatment plans to meet goals Asking questions and listening to help clients explore their thoughts and feelings Counseling clients on issues of importance to them Intervening with emergency care techniques and protocols when clients are in crisis. Assessing safety risk and creating safety plans Making referrals for additional care or services when required Maintaining detailed confidential records in EHR
Clinical Social Worker Skills and Qualifications: Extensive knowledge of mental health conditions and best practices for therapeutic treatment Coordinating care with clients' other providers as applicable Responding to communication from team members and clients in a timely manner Well-developed listening and interview skills to explore client needs and administer treatment plans Strong oral communication skills to counsel and advise clients Problem-solving skills to develop effective treatment plans Motivational interviewing skills to help clients make positive changes Organization skills to maintain client files and track progress Understanding of privacy, health and safety laws Computer skills to operate electronic health record, scheduling, email and word processing software Requirements Include: Master's Degree or higher in respective field Clinical Social Worker with an active and unrestricted license in Oregon  Resides in Oregon No disciplinary action Minimum of 18 client hours per week  Fully remote and hybrid positions available Interested in Applying?
