Join us today, and experience a career well lived.Clinical Specialist, IDD ServicesLocation: Maryland HeightsPay Rate: $18-$25 hourlyYour RoleProvide ABA therapy to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum DisorderCollaborate with parents and caregiver on generalization strategies to reduce problem behaviorManage a therapy schedule for billable servicesCollaborate with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst on treatment progress and barriers to successTake initiative to facilitate community integration and enable participants to engage in their preferred activities.Provide support to participants with developmental goals including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.Address behavioral challenges and other complex needs by following the Behavior Support Plan.Aid in socialization and behavioral development as outlined by the treatment plan.Organize recreational activities and provide transportation for participants when related to therapeutic goals.Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Registered Behavior Technician certification a plus, but can train upon hire.
College coursework will account for experience when determining rate of pay.
Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or prior experience with children, adults with disabilities preferred.
