Job Description - Clinical Systems Analyst PRN (******** ) Location: Spring View Hospital, Kentucky-Lebanon
Description: The responsibilities of the Clinical Systems Analyst include but are not limited to overseeing and managing all EMR and Clinical systems, products, and applications. This role ensures that their designs, content, and definitions integrate to support our providers, nurses, and clinicians to achieve defined clinical workflow, process, performance goals (safety, quality, compliance, productivity, and financial), and outcome expectations and objectives of our organization. The Clinical Systems Analyst facilitates the integration and use of new technologies and devices within the EMR. Additionally, this role plans, communicates, leads, and coordinates the implementation and use of new content, designs, upgrades, functions, features, products, etc., with all affected areas and users in advance of production deployment. The Clinical Systems Analyst also manages customer expectations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives and assists in supporting the hospital clinical system by providing help desk support and participating in on-call rotation and other duties as assigned by the Director of Information Systems.
Qualifications: RN/LPN license required. Experience with Meditech is preferred. Information Technology experience is preferred.
