Job Summary We are seeking a Clinical Vice President for Blue Balloon ABA! This is a remote position but should be in New Jersey 25% of the time. In this role, you will have responsibility to set a clinical vision for ABA therapy in a region that will grow to 1,000 patients/families and dozens of communities in the near future. You will be responsible for clinical operations excellence and patient/caregiver experience within the region, ensuring that we adhere to the highest standards of care.

You will also be responsible for leading and building a community of 100+ BCBAs and ~1,000 Behavioral Therapists. You will lead selection, training, management, supervision, coaching and mentoring of staff members. Finally, you will have an external facing leadership role within the ABA field and with strategic partners of the organization, serving as a thought leader on best practice and policy for ABA and the autism community.

The ideal candidate combines deep ABA leadership experience with thought leadership, excellent written and oral communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities Shape the clinical vision of the organization to ensure the highest quality of treatment to as many children as possible who would benefit from ABA therapy. Develop clinical plans and be responsible to operationalize care for all patients within the region. Build a whole-child view and shape appropriate and effective models to incorporate complimentary therapies where relevant. Define clinical Policies and Procedures in compliance with the regulations of every state where patients are treated. Review, monitor, and evaluate treatment integrity of clinical teams to ensure optimal implementation of treatment protocols. Oversee Quality Assurance function and provide input to ensure all policies and documents are in line with insurance requirements. As part of the organization's Executive Team, jointly make strategic decisions and shape growth and impact ambitions. Partner with HR to recruit and hire Clinical Directors and BCBAs with the skills and sensibility to contribute to the vision. Be a thought leader in the ABA community – develop and maintain relationships with thought leaders and relevant external stakeholders, and present as a clinical leader in relevant industry conferences and public fora. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA leadership roles and 8 years of BCBA certification, including experience scaling clinical care. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of healthcare professionals and executives. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with a track record of leading BCBA, BT, and Quality teams. Master's Degree Required, PhD or equivalent preferred. A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. Location Location flexible; New Jersey or adjacent states preferred. This role should expect to spend a minimum 30% of time in the state of New Jersey and offers a dynamic work environment, including time spent in clinics, partner offices, and at industry events. We also provide the flexibility to work from home or other locations when the responsibilities allow.
