We are seeking an energetic, organized, and committed professional to join our team as a full-time Access Services Clinician. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive level-of-care and risk assessments for individuals seeking services from OnPoint. Your assessments will lay the foundation for personalized, ongoing care, ensuring that our clients receive the right level of treatment and support.
PAY RANGE/BENEFIT PACKAGE:? Salary:?starting at $57,942.86 up to $79,961.14 annually - placement above minimum salary is based on experience.

QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in social work, psychology or counseling from an accredited college or university
State of Michigan professional license or eligibility.
CAADC - Development Plan or willingness to pursue within one month of hire.
LMSW or LPC?preferred.
One year's experience as a master's level clinician preferred.
Public behavioral health system experience preferred.
Professional experience working with children with severe emotional disturbance preferred.?
Certification in relevant evidence-based practices preferred.?
Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/co-occurring disorders/substance use disorders valued.?
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide screening and assessment services according to accreditation, funding, regulatory and best practice standards.?
Utilize established tools and instruments in the screening and assessment process.?
Utilize evidence-based practices in provision of services.?
Assure those in need receive the right service, in the right place and at the right time.?
Effectively and efficiently link those in crisis with the appropriate level of care.?
Screen for higher levels of care for mental health and substance use disorders when necessary.?
Document services according to established standards.?
Participate in utilization management and quality improvement processes.?
Actively engage in supervision and team meetings.?
Coordinate services internally and externally to ensure effective and comprehensive response for those seeking services.?
Perform other duties as assigned.??
EQUIPMENT/TECHNOLOGY KNOWLEDGE: Efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
