Job Title: Amazon Connect Consultant
Work Location: Remote w/ 10% (East Coast)
We are seeking a highly experienced Amazon Connect Consultant to join our growing consulting team in the USA.
You will play a pivotal role in helping our clients transform their contact centers by leveraging the power of Amazon Connect.
This role combines pre-sales, consulting, and implementation expertise, requiring you to wear multiple hats and contribute across the entire customer lifecycle.
Responsibility
Design and architect scalable, multi-geography Amazon Connect Cloud solution that meets complex customer requirements.Provide expert pre-sales support, crafting compelling proposals and solution architectures that address specific client needs.Lead and manage Amazon Connect Cloud implementation for brown field and green field projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.Configure advanced features like Omni-Channel routing, Call Recording, and integrations with 3rd party services and data sources.Implement AI-powered solutions using Amazon Q, LEX based Digital Assistant and Gen AI and AWS ecosystem to enhance customer self-service capabilities.Integrate CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and auto-scaling of your Amazon Connect Cloud environment.Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, delivery) and external stakeholders (clients, partners) to ensure project success.Document solutions effectively and provide ongoing support to clients.Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy for the Amazon Connect Cloud environment.Stay up-to-date on the latest Amazon Connect Cloud features, best practices, and industry trends.Work collaboratively with internal teams (IT, Operations) and external vendors to ensure successful solution deployment.
