Be proficient in business and technical communications both written and oral to facilitate and communicate the Transformation Program, strategy, vision, and roadmaps, to consumers, service owners, and application ownersUnderstand and able to articulate high level benefits and general financial impact of Technology TransformationOwn release and deployment activities providing guidance and oversight, demonstrating drive and capability to deliver assured, reliable migrations with zero data loss and minimal service impactDemonstrate an in-depth view of the infrastructure, providing direction and feedback in the evaluation and amendment of documented deployment configurations and operational guidesDevelop the ability to lead implementations and manage the service to support the Project Manager, the Technology Service owner and to deliver a quality assured deployment to the key stakeholdersProvide knowledge transfer and technical training to Operations team members to elevate and improve their technical knowledge and application of skills towards successful deployment across a range of services and technologyAdapt well to change, a self-motivated, collaborative broad thinkerAnticipate, devise and conduct tests for proposed solutions to meet the requirements of Operational Acceptance for Technology Transformation deployments, and to challenge technical aspects of prescribed solutions
