About the role We are seeking a skilled Cloud Ops Engineer to manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure.
You will ensure high availability, scalability, and security of our AI-driven healthcare platform.
Collaborate with developers, SREs, and data teams to streamline deployments and improve system performance.
What you'll do Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Manage CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and monitoring tools.
Optimize performance, scalability, and cost efficiency of cloud services.
Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards (HIPAA, SOC2).
Troubleshoot incidents, providing on-call support as needed.
Collaborate on infrastructure as code (IaC) initiatives.
Qualifications 3 years of experience in cloud operations, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and related tools.
Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and IaC (Terraform).
Familiarity with HIPAA and SOC2 compliance frameworks.
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash).
Excellent problem-solving abilities and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of security practices in cloud environments.
Compensation: The base compensation range for the role is: $100,000 - $130,000 based on leveling and desired cash/equity split.
Philosophically, we lean towards generous equity grants so that our team truly gets to share in the impact they create.
