As an Inflight Catering Cook at Iacofano Group, LLC, you'll be at the heart of it all, working with a team to deliver excellence in every bite.

**Key Responsibilities:**

From coordinating VIP deliveries to maintaining top-notch sanitation standards, your role will encompass:
PAX Trays:** Stack sauces, balance colors, maintain portion control, and add garnishes.PAX Bulk:** Prepare salads and manage different lid types.Restocking/Prep:** Manage cold line, hot food, and paper goods.Cross Utilization:** Efficiently use ingredients across different dishes.Equipment Handling:** Operate and clean slicers, mixers, warmers, food processors, ovens, and more.Prep Work:** Handle cold prep, baked goods, and bulk prep for corporate clients.Cold Stations:** Monitor temperatures and ensure proper setup.Crew Meals:** Prepare and label bulk crew meals efficiently.

Requirements

Qualifications:

1+ years' experience in catering or food preparation

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent organizational skills

Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
