Perform a variety of duties to independently complete incoming, layout, first piece, in-process and final inspection of aerospace parts. Develop effective CMM programs to measure parts, fixtures and tooling. Operate computerized measuring equipment, train and assist other inspectors as required. Develop concise documentation that is compliant to the requirements of the organization, customer and/or regulatory requirements.CMM Programmer Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 1 to 3 years layout inspection experience preferred Minimum of 3 years in a parts manufacturing environment. Proficient in CMM operation and programming preferred. Working knowledge of the use of measuring instruments, i.e. various micrometers, verniers, swing, snap, and dial gauges, etc. desirable.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
