This is a part-time opportunity, specifically designed to require 24 hours of work per week in the capacity of an administrative Chief Medical Officer (CMO). This flexible arrangement allows the CMO to engage in additional roles, providing a versatile work environment suited to diverse interests and skills.
The compensation for this role is competitive, with an hourly rate ranging between $140 and $145. This translates to a projected annual salary of approximately $175,000 to $181,000 based on a standard 24-hour work week.
The preferred working schedule includes at least two full 8-hour shifts and two 4-hour shifts each week, culminating in a total of four days of work. One of these shifts must cover Tuesday afternoons, as this is when our senior leadership team meets to discuss strategy and operations. Regular on-site presence at either our Rogers Park or Addison locations is essential on a weekly basis to ensure connection with the team and oversight of operations.
As the Chief Medical Officer, you will report directly to the CEO and hold a crucial leadership role overseeing the Behavioral Health, Primary Care, and Quality departments. In this capacity, you will have a significant impact on shaping and enhancing our healthcare services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational excellence.
