Position Responsibilities: Manage and supervise team to meet and exceed budgeted tour flow and APG through training, motivation, contests and strategic scheduling.
Field Leader - recruit, motivate, train, oversee CMAs and deliver
supplies.
Help resolve guest issues, complaints.
Create reports and deliver site updates.
Resort tour reception and sales/marketing liaison.
Recruiting, interviewing and hiring CMAs.
Training - new hire and ongoing.
Attendance record keeping.
Comply with Human Resource and company policies.
Qualifications: Wyndham Destinations OPC/CMP experience required
Proven ability to successfully lead a team.
Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude and good work ethic.
Detail oriented while maintaining multi-task abilities in a busy environment; professional and organized; able to exhibit problem solving ability.
Ability to effectively coach, counsel and motivate direct reports
Provide exceptional customer service (i.e. must be able to communicate in a positive and effective manner when dealing with upset owners)
Ability to negotiate effectively
High School or equivalent required.
