UES is seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Manager to join our dynamic Construction Materials Testing Department. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the management and oversight of CMT projects, ensuring seamless communication with clients and driving projects to successful and timely completion.
\n ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee and coordinate CMT projects from inception to completion.Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure optimal execution.Prepare comprehensive CMT testing reports tailored to client specifications.Analyze and review reports for a diverse range of projects, including commercial, industrial, retail, government, office, and residential sectors.Conduct field inspections, including foundation inspections, shallow foundations, slab-on-grade, post-tension, earthwork, and reinforcing and structural steel inspections.Engage in client consultations to address inquiries and provide expert insights. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:E.I.T. Certification.Experience in Construction Materials Testing.Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Valid Texas driver's license. PERFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas.
