To have your application reviewed promptly, please submit an application to: https://gracefulaginghomecare.applicantstack.com/x/openings Caregivers provide services to individuals in their own homes, who need assistance caring for themselves because of old age, sickness, disability and/or other afflictions.  Caregivers are responsible for ensuring that service is delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with Graceful Aging Home Care's policies and industry standards.  Please note that Graceful Aging Home Care's office is located in Indianapolis, but we serve clients and are looking for caregivers in Indianapolis, Greenwood, Greenfield, Avon, Carmel, Fishers, Zionsville and Lebanon.  FT, PT and PRN positions available.  Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage offered.  Job Duties: Follow the written care plan. Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, dressing etc.). Ensure client's safety and security by supervising the home environment. Provide companionship including social interactions, conversations, and emotional reassurance and encouragement of activities that stimulate the mind. Meal planning and preparation. Light housekeeping (making/changing beds, vacuuming, laundry etc.). Medication Reminders. Provide transportation and assistance running errands (grocery store, bank, pharmacy etc.). Complete and maintain client records. Performs all other duties as assigned.
