Hours

Full time (40 hours per week)
$19.50/Hour
Monday – Friday- with possibility of some weekends
8am - 4:30pm
Mileage Reimbursement
Daily pay available

Job Description

Works daily with Day Center Supervisors to create a time-efficient and cost-effective transport system.
Responsible for the transportation scheduling and routing of all Albright LIFE participants to the Day Center, medical appointments, activity events, social service appointments, patient discharges, and miscellaneous transport as approved by the multidisciplinary team.
Properly operates an Albright LIFE vehicle in a safe, responsible, and professional manner when transporting participants to/from the day center, medical appointments, etc.
Assists participants with their ADLs as needed.
Exhibits the skills and knowledge required to inspect, safely operate, and maintain all equipment and tools relevant to a wheelchair mobile vehicle with no safety accidents on an annual basis.
Schedules required maintenance of the vehicles, including preventive maintenance; ensures the safe operation of Albright LIFE vehicles.

Qualifications

One year experience in home care, health care, or aging services industry required.
High School Diploma or GED
1-3 years satisfactory experience in a transportation position.
Valid Driver's License
Spanish fluency preferred, but not required
