Monday - Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
$15.25/hour
Job Description
Greets and directs participants, visitors and staff in a pleasant and courteous manner.
Answers and accurately directs incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner and/or takes and distributes messages. Accurately sorts and distributes incoming mail. Properly posts outgoing mail.
Takes photos of participants and staff as required for badges and medical records. Accurately enters participant/staff information into the photo ID system.
Completes clerical tasks included but not limited to, accurately typing letters, reports, memos, and spreadsheets as assigned by Center Manager.
Orders and maintains office supplies.
Schedules the use of conference rooms and meeting spaces.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
At least one (1) year of receptionist/secretary experience.
One (1) year of working with the senior population required.
Valid Driver's License in good standing required.
Knowledge and skill to operate software programs at an intermediate level including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
