Be a part of the Minneapolis & Saint Paul Internal Float Pool. Minimum shift requirement: Work at least six (6) shifts every three months with two of those six shifts being a Saturday or Sunday and work one minor and one major holiday

As a CNA-NAR (Float) you operate on the front lines and ensure our residents are treated with dignity and respect, as well as choices within their lives.
The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system. The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks. The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
