Position Details: Rotating schedule of twelve-hour shifts and rotating weekends (2 days on, 2 days off, 2 1/2 days on, then 2 days off). Currently hiring for 7p-7a rotating shifts. Responsibilities: As a CNA at The Manor, you will:
Provide direct, hands-on care to residents, ensuring their highest possible physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Offer routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and supervisor's direction. CNA experience and a current licensed Certified Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Arkansas. Successful completion of a Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check. Prior experience in the senior living sector is preferred. Empathetic, understanding, and enjoys working with geriatric residents.
