CNC Installation Technician Job Responsibilities: The CNC Installation Technician will possess mechanical skills and some knowledge of electrical theory and principles. Primary duties include: Traveling to customer sites to install various CNC machine types and related equipment. Using machine tool manuals technical documents and internal/vendor resources to ensure successful machine installations. Ensuring accurate documentation is completed and submitted to both the office and customer regarding machine issues and status. Testing all machine functions and installed options to ensure proper operation and successful installation. Willingness to undergo training to maintain an indepth understanding of the company s CNC machine tools and product lines. Job Qualifications/Competencies: 35 years of validated experience in CNC Maintenance or Mechanical Maintenance. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and product drawings. Strong technical communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite email and other business software. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job. Flexibility to work varying hours including some overnight travel. Frequent travel throughout the regional territory is required. Other Functions: Perform additional duties as required. Mental and Physical Requirements: Must be highly mobile and able to access all areas of customer premises. Ability to stay focused and manage multiple tasks responsibilities and projects simultaneously. Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to perform bending twisting stooping reaching and lifting of materials up to 50 lbs with assistance. Frequent use of hands and arms is required. Vision abilities required include close vision distance vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
