Cnc Lathe Machinist - Class A (1St Shift)

Job Description
Ideal Class A - CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up and operating multiple multi-axis CNC Lathe Machines.
Must be able to perform in-progress inspections and make any off-set changes as required to ensure an acceptable first piece.

Requirements 5 years experience working and setting up CNC Lathe, Multi Axis machines preferred.Well-versed in performing visual, in-progress inspections and prototype inspectionsAble to use all mechanical inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gagesMust be able to read and interpret blueprints and work instructionsExcellent shop math skillsMust be able to change any tools required during a production runKnowledge of G-CodesAble to set-up and make necessary adjustments for a new job ordersMust be very detailed oriented, organized, have good communication skills and be a team player EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or equivalent requiredAdditional CNC educational training is desirable but not required Benefits
