CNC Machining Leader Production Supervisor Ten or more years of machining experience (or a Journeyman Machinist card), two or more years of manufacturing supervisory experience, and two or more years of workflow process sheets experience is required for this position Pay is up to $150,000 annually Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder No remote as this is an onsite position Full-time Permanent W-2 employee Full benefits No relocation Two Rivers, Wisconsin area This full time, permanent Manual and CNC Machining Leader Production Supervisor is at a well established, highly respected, debt free, custom metal cutting machine manufacturer. There is a two year backlog of customer orders for the company's products as they are in such high demand. The machines are all manufactured and assembled in-house so employees get to see the finished product. The average employee tenure is over twenty years as employees are treated so well and love working here. Their products are often times integrated into robotic automation systems around the world. The machining equipment includes CNC lathes, manual lathes, horizontal machining centers, vertical machining centers and boring bars.
The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
Overse eing a union CNC and manual machining shop Overseeing the building of various machines Hiring, leading, directing, evaluating and terminating (if necessary) machinists, machine assemblers and other machine shop employees Ensuring the workflow is efficient and timelines are met Putting manufacturing process improvements in place Working with a variety of departments including engineering shipping, receiving, and inspection The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
Ten or more years of machining experience (or a Journeyman Machinist card) Two or more years of supervisory experience Two or more years of workflow process sheets experience A solid work history A US citizen or possess a green card A residence within 45 minutes
