You will be responsible for operating a 5 Axis CNC Mazak Integrex: Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments. Includes precision instrument makers who fabricate, modify, or repair mechanical instruments. May also fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools or maintain industrial machines, applying knowledge of mechanics, mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures.
This is a 2nd shift position. Hours will be 12 hours shifts, 4pm to 4am Mon-Wed, one week and Mon-Thursday the next.

NEW HIRES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR UP TO A $2500 SIGN ON BONUS! Manufacture parts to required specifications and standards using the Mazak Integrex machine (5 axis CNC machine).
Develop the machining processes to ensure the product is produced efficiently by assisting operators with deburring, gauge set up, and first article inspection.

5+ years of experience operating a 5 axis CNC machine, CNC mill/drill or CNC Lathe and CNC Mill
~ Must possess previous experience in gauge training, geometric tolerancing, and blueprint reading.
~ Machine set-up experience is strongly preferred.
