What you'll be doing:


Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and Swiss-style machines.
Edit CNC programs and inspect parts to meet tight tolerances.
Work with exotic metals like nitinol and nickel alloys.
Maintain equipment and perform basic TPM activities.
Collaborate on process improvements and Lean initiatives.


 

What you need to be considered for this role:


3–5+ years of CNC machining experience.
Skilled in blueprint reading, troubleshooting, and program editing.
Experience in medical device manufacturing is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and computer skills.
Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team.
