RESPONSIBILITIES The position involves the setup and troubleshooting of CNC machines and all the related secondary production equipment in a safe and efficient mannerThis person is also responsible for the quality of the product being produced within a team environmentMust have the ability to review layout data and read various forms of gages in order to validate the parts are being produced to customer requirementsAll work will be performed with safety in mind for yourself, coworkers and equipment at all timesTo work within guidelines of the company rules and guidelines to comply with MIOSHATooling and fixture changes will be requiredEnsure the health of production equipmentEnsure Process ComplianceManage change oversWill be part of the team that is responsible to meet or exceed production targetsTo improve processes to increase productivity in a controlled settingTo maintain the equipment and work area in a clean and organized mannerThe ability to read layout data, gages and dedicated measuring equipment is neededTo have clear and open communications with peers and supervision in an efficient and effective wayPerform all PM's to the equipment as assignedDocumentation must be completed in a timely mannerAble to work flexible hours and overtime Siemen's controls preferredBasic electrical skillsBasic hydraulics'CNC Maintenance, toubleshootingThe ability to read Siemens operator panels to run equipment and trouble shoot as neededPast experience in automotive production environment is beneficialAble to work flexible hours and overtime to be available to all shiftsAble to work to blueprints would be beneficialAble to use standard hand and measuring toolsAble to follow and understand written instructionHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredCertificate or minimum 4 years' experience required
