The Council on Aging is seeking a proactive and versatile Hybrid Program Administrator to join our team and lead the coordination of programs that seamlessly integrate both remote and in-person components. This is a 19-hour per week or less non-benefited position. As the Hybrid Program Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing programs that support health, education, social, and recreational programs. Programs should increase participation at the Senior Center as well as attract, retain, and reach socially isolated older adults at home. This grant-funded position will run through March 2025, with the goal of continuing to fund the position beyond the grant termination date.

QualificationsThe ideal candidate should possess: an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts; proven experience in program coordination, event management, grant management, or related roles; strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders; proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and technology troubleshooting; demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances and make informed decisions; customer service orientation and commitment to participant satisfaction. Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
