Overview
The Cocktail Server is responsible for ensuring the standards of service in assigned food and beverage outlets.
They will take orders, deliver food, drinks and other items to guests.
The Server will act as a liaison between the kitchen and guests.
They will assist with maintaining the Resort standards.
The Cocktail Server shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times.
They will be responsible for exemplifying the La Cantera Resort and Spa Culture as well as promoting the resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!
Qualifications High school diploma, preferred Current Food Handlers Certificate and TABC Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
Previous service experiences an asset Previous point of sale system experiences an asset, but not required.
