This role helps streamline workflow, review analytics, identify and resolve bottlenecks, manage case recoveries, and translate analytics into collections operations.
Must be hands-on, innovative to increase productivity, monitor KPIs, provide instant feedback, create engagement / ownership, resolve issues promptly, and encourage employees to continually increase recoveries.
Requires being an expert in Excel, reporting knowledge of Power Bi, detail oriented, collections | production experience, managing KPIs to improve, coaching and ability to hold people accountable.
This is a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
Degree preferred.
