Collections Representative - Call Center, Debt Collector

Are you a skilled communicator with a knack for problem-solving? We're looking for a Debt Collections Representative to join our team in Mt. Laurel, NJ! If you've have at least 12 months of experience in a debt collections call center (third-party collections is a plus), and you're comfortable navigating dialer systems, we'd love to hear from you!
Title: Debt Collections Representative
Location: Marlton, NJ
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Two days: 9:15 AM - 6:00 PM Three days: 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr
Key Responsibilities: Reach out to consumers with past-due accounts and negotiate payment arrangements. Ensure full compliance with debt collection laws and regulations. Adhere to collection scripts and processes for consistent results. Document all activities accurately using our system. Maintain empathy and professionalism while securing outstanding balances. Handle a 40-hour work week with flexibility for varied schedules. Requirements: At least 12 months of experience within a debt collections call center environment. Familiar with various debt collection computer systems, call dialer, and knowledge of FDCPA. 3rd party debt collections experience a plus.
