Collections Supervisor

Collections Supervisor: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of registering our marina guests and overseeing the collection staff (answering questions, training, and working directly with the marina manager). Responsible for our long-term account boats (corresponding with guest billing and settling accounts).
All day walking the dock and going boat to boat registering guests.Mornings - working with marina manager to organize the day (boats coming and going).Mornings - upload all reports & reconcile moorage from the night before (drop $ & boat counts to accounting).Mornings - ensure all late arrivals from the previous night are registered.Afternoons - boat to boat registration and assisting the marina manager with check out.Evenings - nightly close out.Evenings - organize for the next day's morning collector.Have fun and help make the marina an enjoyable workplace!Schedule & Pay: May - September: Must be able to work Mon. thru Sun. and holidays. The marina is open from 8:00 AM to sunset. @40 hrs per week. Schedule varies week to week; days off and hours per day fluctuate from 4 to 6 days a week and 6 to 10 hours per day.Wage: $20.00 per hour + (dependent on experience).Bonus: Up to $2,000 end of season bonus.Housing: Limited availability.Start: May
End: Mid September. Must stay until Mid September to be considered for the position.
