Job Summary:
Finnegan Chevrolet Buick GMC is currently seeking a full-time Collision Center Receptionist for our Auto dealership located in Rosenberg, Texas. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support to all customers entering the Collision Center. This is a crucial role as the Receptionist is the first point of contact for our customers. The Collision Center Receptionist will report to the Collision Center Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet all customers entering the Collision Center and direct them to the appropriate staff member
• Answer all incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member or take detailed messages
• Schedule appointments for customers with the Collision Center
• Explain the services and procedures of the Collision Center to customers
• Receive and process payments from customers
• Maintain customer records and files
• Coordinate with insurance companies and adjusters as necessary for customer claims
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain office supplies
• Keep reception area and customer lounge clean and organized
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of previous customer service or receptionist experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Knowledge of the Auto industry is a plus
