We are seeking a skilled Commercial Assistant Property Manager to join Colliers | Wisconsin, a market leader in real estate services. Responsibilities Oversee and manage tenant move-in and move-out procedures Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors Develop budgets, establish and manage annual property operating expenses Ensure regular property maintenance and repairs are conducted in a timely manner Perform routine inspections of properties to ensure compliance with property standards and regulations Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on property performance, including expense, income and leasing data Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate or related field 3+ years of commercial property management experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of property management software Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Proven ability to manage budgets and understand financial reports Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands Benefits Inland Companies and Colliers | Wisconsin is the largest full-service real estate firm in Wisconsin with expertise in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, Property Management, Investment Services, Real Estate Development, and Construction.
