Description Summary:
The Commercial Digital Business Risk Manager is accountable for leading all aspects of the risk program for the Commercial Digital organization.
Duties & Responsibilities: Manages compliance with policy and procedure standards, coordinates governance of policies and procedures with Asset Finance leadership and ensures governing policies are appropriately disseminated throughout the organization.
Ows projects related to risk identified by Asset Finance and corporate risk; effectively communicates and coordinates the impacts on Asset Finance.
Works with leadership and Legal & Compliance to interpret risk impacts from identified gaps or regulatory changes; coordinates with each affected department to ensure development of appropriate policies and procedures and management has sufficient information for decision-making.
Serves as the principal risk representative to internal and third-party examiners on compliance matters for Asset Finance.
Assists with coordination of all internal and third-party exams.
Coordinates with relevant parties in Asset Finance to implement and maintain the Business Continuity Plan, ensuring recovery time objectives are achieved in the event of plan activation.
Oversees or supervises implementing and providing direction in support of new or revised policies, procedures, integrations, technology and workflow support, in coordination with the Leadership team.
In partnership with Asset Finance, ensures the successful coordination and risk management of maintenance and vendor issues as well as the vendor and non-vendor management program.
Provides technical expertise and judgment in the implementation and monitoring of modifications to processes in accordance with changes in the regulatory environment.
Provides input and effectively communicates changes to the Risk & Control environment and RCSA Program.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance or Information Technology 5+ years of related risk management experience Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree 5+ years of experience in Risk Management with a focus on Digital Technology and Commercial Banking.
Strong consulting skills, including the capability to quickly identify and develop improvement plans.
Experience in digital solutions and/or an understanding of related regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze situations and risks, recommend paths of action, and execute flawlessly.
Leadership in the online and/or mobile space.
Self-starter who develops plans and is committed to hitting delivery dates.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
Demonstration of strong influencing skills.
Ability to develop working relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization.
Must be savvy and passionate about driving results and innovation.
