Commercial Construction Project Estimator

A company in the Litchfield Park area is looking for a Project Estimator to join their team.
This person will be responsible for estimating material, equipment, labor, and subcontractor costs for commercial construction projects.
They will also be responsible for reviewing project plans and specifications, analyzing project requirements, scope of work, obtaining quotes from subcontractors, and developing project budgets.
Requirements:
-5 years of experience as a project estimator
-Experience with commercial construction estimation
-Pre-Construction experience
Compensation: $$85,000 to $130,000 per year annual salary.
