As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures as needed Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance with all relevant regulations and policies Essential Job Functions: Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables Monitor and control project budgets, expenses, and cash flow Coordinate and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders Proactively manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date Skills: Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and techniques Proficiency in project management software and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Benefits: Full health coverage Company vehicle and gas card Gas card Relocation
