Job Overview:
Jans Corporation has an exciting opportunity for an organized, dedicated, and experienced Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager to join our team! The Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Pay:
Ranging from $75,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
Hours:
A typical workday is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Duties:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Facilitate project meetings and communicate professionally through email, phone, and face-to-face.
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and result-oriented work environment.
Coordinate all aspects of the project to achieve successful completion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field of study.
Minimum of 7 years of managing commercial construction projects, specific examples expected.
Strong project management skills with a focus on organization and planning.
Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best principles and practices.
Must be able to effectively read and interpret blueprints and other construction documents (Structural/MEP/Civil drawing sets).
Solid understanding of building codes, zoning ordinances, and ADA regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills - both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes with limited oversight.
Proficient in project management software, estimating software, and MS Office Products.
Experience with scheduling software is highly preferred, but not required.
Proactive problem solving.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings.
