StackAdapt is seeking a senior-level attorney in the role of Commercial Counsel, Enterprise Alliances. Candidates must have at least 10 years of ad-tech legal experience, with a focus on deal support, commercial contracts, data, privacy, advertising technology and artificial intelligence matters, either in an in-house or law firm setting. This individual will be a key member of the Legal team and close partner to the Revenue team, driving commercial transactions to close while ensuring compliance with legal and operational standards The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in commercial transactions, deep understanding of IP issues and data licensing concepts, and the ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and other business teams. This position requires strong negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to manage commercial and legal risks in the digital media/ad tech industry. This position requires creativity, a day to day ability to think outside the box, and an ability to work exceptionally collaboratively with others in a remote setting. This is a rare and exciting opportunity that allows you to play a key role on an expanding Legal team at a high growth global tech company, and to apply your leadership skills and vision to the role. You will liaise with the executive team and the senior leadership team and work closely and collaboratively with all teams across StackAdapt. StackAdapt is a Remote First company and you will work as part of a highly collaborative remote global Legal team. This role is open to candidates located anywhere in Canada or the US. Occasional travel may be required.
