Job Responsibilities: Underwrite new and existing commercial real estate and complex commercial loans, assessing financial condition, repayment capacity, and transaction risks.Conduct real estate cash flow and global cash flow analyses, evaluating the financial status of guarantors.Underwrite complex business loans, analyzing financial condition, operating performance, and repayment capacity through financial projections and industry analysis.Gather necessary information promptly from lending officers and bank staff.Ensure compliance with the Bank's Credit Policy and complete assigned annual training.Perform additional duties as required. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent experience.5+ years in the Banking industry as a Credit Underwriter for C&I, CRE, and ABL lending.Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial spreadsheet software.Advanced knowledge of underwriting for commercial real estate, commercial loans, SBA loans, Asset-Based Loans, and Construction Loans.Familiarity with lending activities and State and Federal banking compliance regulations.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Customer service-focused with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with advanced mathematical proficiency.
