We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Drywall Project Manager/Estimator to join our dynamic team.
This dual-role position involves estimating project costs and managing the execution of commercial drywall and other construction projects from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both construction estimation and project management, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency while staying on budget and on time.

Neuco and Associates, Inc. is a respected commercial drywall and acoustical contractor based in Dallas, TX, founded in 1995 by Roy and Glenda Neu.
With over 700 completed projects, Neuco has contributed to the construction of prominent buildings across the Dallas skyline and beyond, including schools, medical facilities, churches, data centers, and retail spaces.
Today, under the leadership of Roy's son, Billy Neu, Neuco continues to be a trusted partner in the commercial construction industry, committed to delivering quality results at competitive prices.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Project Estimator: Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial drywall and construction projects.
Analyze drawings and specifications to prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns.
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather all necessary information and pricing data.
Prepare and submit comprehensive bid proposals and cost reports for upcoming projects.
Evaluate and negotiate bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.
Project Manager: Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Manage daily operations on job sites, coordinating with suppliers, and subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to stay on track with project goals and deadlines.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues, questions, or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Review and approve project change orders, ensuring accurate documentation and adjustments to project budgets.
Prepare and maintain all necessary project submittals, documentation, contracts, and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate should possess: 5+ years of experience in project estimation and management, ideally within the commercial drywall sector (experience in other construction sectors is also welcome).
Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.
Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, materials, and industry safety standards.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects effectively.
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Proven track record of managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
