Commercial Estimator

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Commercial Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and assessing estimates and bids for a variety of construction projects. MUST HAVE GC EXPERIENCE.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate bids and develop cost estimates for new projects Ensure accuracy of estimates and bids by using standard estimating software Analyze bids and estimates for cost effectiveness Prepare detailed project timelines and budgets Review and adjust existing estimates and bids as needed Attend on-site meetings to discuss project details and scope Work with clients and project managers to address any discrepancies Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction estimating Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations Strong understanding of local, state, and federal building codes Experience in Healthcare, Industrial, Non-profit, Education, Special Projects, General Contractor, Civil Construction, and/or munisciple projects preferred Strong project management, communication, and problem solving skills Proficiency in using spreadsheet software and estimating software Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
