Position: Commercial Handyman Technician Location: Frederick to Columbia Responsibilities: Embrace our commitment to care by providing high-quality maintenance and repair services in commercial buildings.
Respond with empathy and urgency to maintenance requests, ensuring our customers feel heard and supported.
Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
Able to use iPad to keep records of your work, ensuring accuracy and accountability at every step.
Requirements: Previous experience in commercial maintenance or a related field desired.
A compassionate heart and a genuine desire to help others.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to make a difference.
A valid driver's license.
