You will join the Zebra North America Finance Team and will support finance planning & analysis activities. This incorporates, but not limited to, providing regular reports for both finance & sales teams, analyzing regional performance and preparation of forecasts and outlooks for both top line review. You will also play an active role in annual and strategic planning sessions, and driving profitable, sustainable, and predictable growth. 

*Will work on a hybrid schedule in our Lincolnshire, IL location.
Responsibilities:
Support Revenue forecasting process, with the goal of delivering high levels of accuracy, including outlook modelling and benchmarking based on historical data as required for the largest region
Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership, supporting long-term business objectives, while aiding in the region's long-term strategic and annual planning
Drive process improvements and efficiencies to focus resources on value creation activities
Aid in adapting PBI and analytics best practices to regional commerical finance team
Manages Month End P&L Analysis and Balance Sheet Analysis for the region for review and signoff bring to close any action necessary
Utilizes expertise to perform economic research and studies
Commercial curiosity and business acumen to support different business functions within the company as required
To interpret data with an ability to see the big picture cross-departmentally and provide insight and input from a financial perspective

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
8+ years of experience (ideally include working with financial systems)
Experience in revenue within commerical finance (preferably at Zebra)
Advanced Excel and database skills
Business Intelligence Tools such as Power BI/Gen AI
Advanced experience with ERP systems
Must work on a hybrid schedule at our Lincolnshire location

Preferred Qualifications:
Appropriate professional qualification/certification to practice finance in country/region preferred
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
Demonstrated ability to interface with management and executive levels across functions

Salary:USD 92700.00 - USD 139100.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
