Our client, a Midwest-based national law firm, is seeking a commercial finance attorney to join its sophisticated Chicago practice.
This practice group has nearly 100 years of experience representing banks, bank holding companies, and other financial institutions with various finance matters, including loan transactions, equipment leases, and restructurings.
This position will focus primarily on lending transactions in the representation of banks, funds, and other financial institutions.

Responsibilities:
· Draft, negotiate, and close commercial lending transactions, including asset-based lending and commercial loan transactions
· Draft and negotiate inter-credit agreements
Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of commercial finance experience, with a heavy focus on lending transactions
· Strong knowledge of asset-based and commercial finance structures and issues
· Excellent academic credentials
Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid flexibility)
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $220,000 – $305,000.
