Description

The Commercial Finance Business Partner (CFBP) is based in the Arlington, Virginia office and reports to the Senior Director of Commercial Finance & Corporate Development.
The CFBP is a part of the U.S. Finance Department and supports its internal and external initiatives, and autonomously and as directed by the Senior Director of Commercial Finance & Corporate Development and CFO.


The CFBP will use financial analysis and forecasting techniques and tools to develop strategies and guide decision-making.
The CFBP will work with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of business strategy while also driving projects and initiatives, from initial appraisal to monitoring performance.
The CFBP will also provide financial information and tools to local management to help them make informed decisions.


Essential Functions Tracks Kerecis' financial performance and positions the organization for growth through financial planning and analysis Develops and manages a rolling financial forecast for the commercial teams Owns all internal quota management projects, from start to finish Partners and supports the commercial leadership teams with various analysis incl.
the development and ongoing update of Commercial P&L's Conducts market research and analyses to inform business plans on commercial opportunities and potential future threats Supports with reporting to the CP Group on performance metrics Secondary Functions Works with stakeholders to improve cost efficiency and control; proposes and challenges channel margins and incentive programs Supports the annual costing and budgeting process; supports non-Finance managers to drive the budgeting process Stays up to date with changes in the financial world Other duties as assigned Requirements

Education & Experience Relevant graduate degree, such as an MBA, Master in Finance, Controlling, etc.
5(+) years of relevant experience in a global corporate setting 5(+) years of experience with Microsoft tools, including but not limited to advanced capabilities in Excel and creating and presenting PowerPoints to internal and external stakeholders Experience in or are motivated by running projects from start to finish Attributes Strong understanding of how commercial organization run and can navigate a complex stakeholder landscape A solid understanding of financial modelling and business case building is a plus Exceptional numeric and technical skills as well as a commercial and analytical mindset
Anticipated travel: 10-15%
