Our highly preferred insurance client is seeking to add a Commercial Lines Account Manager. In this role, you will identify and analyze client exposure and provide risk control and risk transfer mechanisms and solutions to meet the commercial clients' needs. Implement and monitor the established risk management program throughout the policy year to ensure compliance and make adjustments when needed. ( Salary $90,000. to $110,000.00) Essential Duties and Responsibilities Service Commercial Lines accounts as assigned and aid in collections as requested by accounting. Provide Pro Active Services to clients. Maintain a thorough understanding of the markets and their appetites, underwriting guidelines, submission guidelines and procedures. Maintain an excellent knowledge of all partner carrier and vendor websites and their functions Prepare company submissions for quotes and prepare proposals of insurance and services for Commercial Lines clients. Initiate, screen and prepare endorsement requests for Commercial Lines clients. Prepare and process cancellations when required. Prepare and process all requests for Certificates of Insurance and Evidence of Property as required with 24 hours of requestor sooner if needed. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of five years of Commercial Account Management or Commercial Underwriting experience is necessary. Education requirement: College degree preferred. high school diploma or equivalent is required. Professional designation is a plus. Pursuit of professional designation is highly suggested. Knowledge of computer systems and operations is required, including Windows. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Good listening skills and attention to detail are important. Good oral and written communication is important. Property & Casualty License is required.
