Job Summary:
This position will include all aspects of servicing smaller commercial accounts Client retention is a key objective of this position.
You will be expected to perform the following tasks from start to finish and will have an assistant (CSR) team to assist you with several of the basic tasks:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Interact with clients to address all servicing needs Communicate with carriers/underwriting for renewals, audit issues, carrier surveys, carrier recommendations, quote negotiation on existing accounts Thoroughly review all renewals to check for coverage gaps and multi line opportunities.
Enter policy data into our AMS client management system & scanning system Order loss runs for re-marketing accounts Expedite certificates of insurance as requested Run MVR's and update driver lists when required Process endorsements and issue evidence of property certificates Process and issue binders Re-market renewals Become proficient in carrier web-sites for quoting when remarketing an account or adding additional lines of coverage Keep your desk and files organized at all times Perform superior customer service at all times Review policies and endorsements for accuracy Properly utilize the "Activity" and "Suspense" system within AMS.
Attend agency and department meetings as well as training/education classes and sessions (both within the agency and outside the agency as directed) ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pay Details:
Annual Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
